Tips and tricks
Some tips :
- Tell the crew you're afraid of flying. Choose the person that will be serving you, or whichever seems the most receptive. You will therefore fly with an ally, a person that you can talk to during the flight.
- Accept your fear and talk about it when you feel bad. Don't lock yourself into your fear
- Remember that fear is not dangerous even if it a nuisance. Also it is not because I am afraid of the plane that the plane is dangerous !!
- Decide to change, that is to say to take the risk to improve your well being !!!! Others can feel better, so why not me ?
