Tips and tricks

Some tips :

  1. Tell the crew you're afraid of flying. Choose the person that will be serving you, or whichever seems the most receptive. You will therefore fly with an ally, a person that you can talk to during the flight.
  2. Accept your fear and talk about it when you feel bad. Don't lock yourself into your fear
  3. Remember that fear is not dangerous even if it a nuisance. Also it is not because I am afraid of the plane that the plane is dangerous !!
  4. Decide to change, that is to say to take the risk to improve your well being !!!! Others can feel better, so why not me ?
